We have a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area.

Dining table seats eight, kitchen breakfast bar seats five.

Smart TV with USB port and DVD player. 

Free WIFI available.

We have a selection of games and puzzles located in the hall cupboard

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer, microwave and standard cooking utensils. 

We currently do not supply pantry essentials eg. tea, coffee, sugar, oil, sauce etc.

We have a bathroom with separate shower, powder room and two separate toilets. Outside shower available as well. (Towels/bathmats not supplied)

Our laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer.

Washing powder is supplied.

We have a fully enclosed back yard, which is very child friendly.  There is a gas BBQ on the verandah along with an eight seater outdoor setting, a great place to cook up a feast and sit back and relax.  We also have a fishcleaning station and outdoor crab cooking facilities.

Off Road parking is available for up to three cars or boat and two cars.
